Food and drink Parklife is well-known for its vast array of food stalls from some of Manchester’s biggest restaurants. The Parklife stage has the biggest capacity and has previously hosted the main headline acts. The Temple stage looks impressive too - it’s made entirely out of metal storage containers, all piled on top of each other. The Elrow is always very popular with its huge inflatables and confetti cannons. The stages There are eight in all, each with different themes. The eclectic line-up includes some of the biggest names in indie, dance, grime and electronic music, and previous years have seen performances from the likes of Stormzy, Chaka Khan, George Ezra and Fatboy Slim. There will also be sets across the weekend from The Blessed Madonna, Jayda G, Four Tet and Peggy Gou, with a showcase from Adam Beyer's Drumcode label and a performance from Jamie XX also confirmed.Įlsewhere, Streatham MC Dave will headline Parklife in a UK festival exclusive performance on the Saturday night, with AJ Tracey, Burna Boy, Megan Thee Stallion, Princess Nokia and Skepta also lined up to perform across the weekend.

Heading back to Heaton Park following cancellation amid the pandemic last year, Manchester's Parklife Festival has announced the acts performing at the event on the 11th & 12th September this year.Īmong the first electronic acts to be named are PRYDA boss Eric Prydz, UK techno favourite Carl Cox, and Honey Dijon, as well as Bicep, who'll perform live, Disclosure, Grammy-award winner Kaytranada, and Annie Mac.
